From ancient times life flourished on the Mediterranean shores. Romans, Greeks, Phoenicians and many others interwined their culutures and history. The Mediterranean sea fed them with its fish and other seafood and as generations passed, core of the food remained. The “trinity” of oil, bread and wine is the same in every country.
Furthermore, key ingredients as olives, wheat and grapes are nourished by generations and have resisted conquest, social trends and urbanization.

The bright colours of the local food market are represented in our kitchen along with rosemary, basil and many other herbs. Using the old method of keeping recepies simple and easy we deliver old dishes with modern twists. Some of our most amazing dishes are “Ricotta gnudi with baby spinach”, “Rucola risotto with sautéed pine nuts, fresh truffles and semi-dried tomatoes” and “Baked sea bass stuffed with wild Dalmatian herbs and cauliflower mousse”.
